Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Dispatch Time
Nexopep aims to dispatch all confirmed orders within 48 hours of payment clearing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping — Estimated 2–5 business days
- Overnight / Express — Next business day delivery (where available)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
All domestic orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx depending on your selected shipping option. Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $199.
International Shipping
Nexopep ships internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and border inspection delays. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Please note: Nexopep cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for orders that are seized or held by customs in the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that importing research peptides is permitted in their country.
Discreet Packaging
All Nexopep orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to Nexopep, peptides, or the contents of the package on the exterior. This protects your privacy at all times.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using this number. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at contact@nexopep.org.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nexopep is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us if the issue remains unresolved.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Nexopep cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery due to address errors are the buyer’s responsibility.
